which is in effect from 5 PM this afternoon to 2 am EDT Friday.

* Winds... southeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing... winds will increase this afternoon with the highest

gusts this evening.

* Impacts... downed tree branches and scattered power outages.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 35 mph... or wind

gusts up to 57 mph... are expected. Winds this strong can make

driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use

extra caution.
