Do you have a dog, and is your very best friend left behind from time to time during the summer? Stop K9 discrimination!

They need "fun in the sun" too. So why not take them to the beach or just cool them off with exercise and fun in the yard?

Check some of these web sites out.

For example, Modern Dog magazine has 17 great ideas for dog summer fun, including, of course, an app for dog friendly beaches.

How about Dog water toys, dog volley ball and, if your dog doesn't swim well, a dog life jacket? All that and more at:

Also, if you ever doubted it, there IS a dog vaca blog that is just for the tail-waggers!

"Summer activities to cool down your pup" and they all sound like fun.

When you consider how much love and loyalty they give to you, the least you can do is give them some good times in the summer sun.
