Beach tips for this summer:

Men: If you have snow-white hairy legs with boney knees, wear long pants. Also, for those over 50 and overweight, NO Speedo's.

You don't want to frighten the little children do you?

Women: If your waistline is equal to, or greater than your bustline, forego the bikini this summer.

The truth? Man, I should have started my post-holiday diet a lot sooner than Father's day.
