Overcast and rain again, flood watch

This morning it is overcast with rain, then a chance of rain in the
afternoon. High of 55F. Winds from the NNW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain

Tonight it will be overcast in the evening, then mostly cloudy. Low of 36F.
Winds from the WNW at 5 to 10 mph.
