Cloudy and damp

Its another dreary and damp day out there, we really need the rain.
This morning it is overcast with rain showers. High of 70F. Winds from the
SSE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 80% with rainfall amounts near 0.4 in.
possible.
Tonight it will be overcast with rain showers, then a chance of rain after
midnight. Low of 50F. Winds from the SSW at 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 80%
with rainfall amounts near 0.2 in. possible.
