Good morning Augusta. I've put up an Ambient WS 5000 weather station where you can view real time weather readings from my location online by clicking here. We're under a FLOOD ADVISORY this morning, it's in the post preceding this one. This morning we have rain and freezing rain with a slight chance for rain this afternoon. Ice accumulation of up to a tenth of an inch. Highs in the upper 30s with West winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 30 mph. Tonight we'll have partly cloudy conditions with lows around 15°F. Winds will be West 10 to 15 mph gusting to 30 mph in the evening. We've received roughly  3 inches of rain/snow here over the past 24 hours and it's still slushing out there. Portions of New Hampshire, including the following counties, Rockingham and Strafford. * WHEN...Until 845 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain with temperatures at or above 32 degrees. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. We're under a new Winter Weather Watch for tomorrow. It's in the post preceding this one. This morning we have mostly cloudy skies turning partly sunny. Highs in the mid 30s with West winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph. Tonight we'll have partly cloudy conditions during evening hours, then clearing. Lows around 11°F. Northwest winds around 10 mph gusting to 20 mph. We've received roughly  6 more inches of snow here over the past 24 hours and it's still snowing for a storm total of just over a foot. Low pressure brings a round of moderate to heavy snow late Wednesday afternoon and evening. Snow changes to mixed precipitation Wednesday night from south to north, with light ice accretion possible across interior areas.
