Areal Flood Advisory Statement as of 4:19 PM EDT on August 21, 2015 The National Weather Service in Gray Maine has issued a * Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...  southeastern Somerset County in west central Maine...  north central Kennebec County in south central Maine... * until 615 PM EDT * at 415 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to  thunderstorms traveling over the same areas. This will cause Urban  and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area.
