Temperatures will drop into early Tuesday morning. * Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible. * Winds... west 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * Temperatures... 16 below to zero.   Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect. * Hazard types... snow. * Accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches. * Timing... snow will begin Saturday night and continue into  Sunday. * Impacts... snow covered roads will cause slippery driving conditions. * Winds... southwest 5 to 10 mph. * Temperatures... in the 20s to around 30.   Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
