Cold and very well frozen up. Still

Good morning Augusta. This morning it is   partly cloudy, then overcast with a chance of snow. High of 30F with a windchill as low as 9F. Winds from the SSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 20%. Tonight it will be overcast with snow showers. Low of 28F with a windchill as low as 19F. Winds from the South at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 40%. The readings from my own instruments are: The humidity is 71% with a Dew Point of -3ºF and a wind chill of 10.0ºF. The temperature Is 14.2ºF. My wind direction and anemometer are frozen, so I have no data of that type until they thaw out. Our Barometric pressure is 30.38   HPA 1018 and rising with a weather graphic indicating sun.   Our UV rating is 0 out of 16, Sunrise will be at 6:53 a.m. sunset will be at 6:43 PM and Moon Rise will be at   5:00 p.m. EDT and the moon phase is waxing Gibbous. Chance of snow 80% with accumulations up to 1 in. possible. Tonight it will be mostly cloudy in the evening, then clear. Low of 5F with a windchill as low as -2F. Winds from the WNW at 5 to 15 mph. The readings from my own instruments are: The humidity is 84% with a Dew Point of 11ºF and a wind chill of 15.3ºF. The temperature Is 15.3ºF. Winter Storm Warning Statement as of 3:23 am EDT on March 12, 2014 Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 11 am this morning to noon EDT Thursday. * hazard types... heavy mixed precipitation. * Accumulations... snow and sleet accumulation of 6 to 12 inches... along with around one quarter of an inch of ice possible. * Timing... light snow or a rain... snow... sleet mix will begin this morning... then become heavy at times this afternoon. The mixture is expected to transition to a mix of snow... sleet... and freezing rain this evening... then change to all snow later tonight. The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow... which is in effect from 11 am Wednesday to noon EDT Thursday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect. * Hazard types... heavy snow... mixing with sleet or freezing rain at times. * Accumulations... snow accumulation of 10 to 14 inches... along with around a trace of ice. * Timing... snow will begin during the late morning on Wednesday... then transition to a mix of sleet and snow by evening. All rain is possible for a time on the immediate coast. The mixture may transition to freezing rain in spots Wednesday evening before changing to all snow late at night into Thursday.
