Ice accretion may become great enough to down some tree branches and power lines causing power outages. * Winds... northwest 5 to 10 mph. * Temperatures... in the lower 30s. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow... sleet... and ice are expected or occurring. This will make travel very hazardous at times and may cause power outages.
