Very miserable

Winter Storm Warning   Statement as of 6:55 am EST on December 10, 2012 ... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until midnight EST tonight... * locations... Oxford... Franklin... and Somerset counties in Maine. * Hazard types... snow... sleet... and freezing rain. * Accumulations... 1 to 3 inches of snow. * Timing... snow continues this morning and will eventually change over to sleet and freezing rain later today. The precipitation will continue into Monday night. * Impacts... slippery Road conditions. Ice accretion may become great enough to down some tree branches and power lines causing power outages. * Winds... northwest 5 to 10 mph. * Temperatures... in the lower 30s. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow... sleet... and ice are expected or occurring. This will make travel very hazardous at times and may cause power outages.
