WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM MONDAY TO 1 AM EST TUESDAY
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Kennebec and Androscoggin Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibility to create dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and break some tree
limbs. The power outage threat is limited.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
