#MEwx still cold and blowing snow, 10 or so inches so far and todays' woute

Good morning Augusta

This morning we have a chance for 2-4 more inches of snow, then more snow likely this afternoon. Additional snow accumulation around an inch. Highs around 15°F with Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph.  Wind chill values as low as 12 below this morning.

Tonight we’ll have clouds with more snow possible this evening. Additional snow accumulation around an inch. Total snow accumulation 10 to 12 inches. Lows around 5°F with North winds around 10 mph gusting to 25 mph.  Wind chill values as low as 7 below after midnight.

The outdoor temperature is 3.9°F with a wind chill of -4.6°F.

The Dew Point is 1.6°F  and the humidity is 90%.

We’ve received about 10 inches of snow here since the storm began and it isn’t done falling yet.

Sunrise is 7:04 am, sunset is 4:40 PM and we’ll have 9 hours 35 minutes of daylight today.

Moonrise is 10:28 AM,  Moonset is 12:53 AM. The moon phase is in its first quarter and is 49% illuminated.

Our next full moon will be on February 1  and our next new moon is on February 17.

The wind is from the North Northeast between 9.4 MPH and 18.1 MPH.

The Relative pressure is 29.64, the Absolute pressure is 29.44 and falling with a weather graphic indicating more snow and overcast.

The UV index is 0 placing the average person at low risk and the solar radiation reading is 36.2W/M2.

Visibility is “Iffy” when the wind is gusting. It’s a powdery snow so it blows real easy out there. Slow the hell down!

Todays’ cheap shot quotation is:

“You don’t know what “Vicious and dirty fighting” is until you’ve watched two powerful women square off in their fight to the death.”

Author unknown, but it came from a fantasy fiction book featuring two magic-using women bent on world domination.
