The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow... which is in effect from 10 am Wednesday to 7 am EST Thursday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect. * Hazard types... heavy snow. * Accumulations... snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches... along with around a trace of ice. * Timing... snow will begin Wednesday across southern New Hampshire... and by Wednesday afternoon across the rest of New Hampshire and western Maine. Good morning Augusta. We are under a Winter Storm Watch. DO NOT ignore it! This morning it is overcast, then mostly cloudy. High of 57F. Winds from the SW at 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 30 mph. Tonight it will be overcast with a low of 34F. Winds from the WSW at 5 to 10 mph. The readings from my own weather instruments are: The humidity is   89% with a Dew Point of 49ºF, Temp is 52.4ºF with a wind chil of 52.4ºF. Special Statement

Special Statement Statement as of 3:48 PM EST on November 24, 2014 Patchy dense fog possible early this evening. Warm and moist onshore flow will lead to areas of fog and low clouds into this evening. Localized patchy dense fog will be possible from Portland northeast through the Augusta area. If traveling through these areas take it slow and leave plenty of stopping distance between you and other vehicles. The fog will begin to dissipate after 700 PM.

Good morning Augusta. Its rainy, foggy and cloudy out there. Call in sick and go back to bed. This morning it is overcast with rain, then a chance of rain in the afternoon. Fog early. High of 57F. Winds from the SE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 100% with rainfall amounts near 0.5 in. possible. Tonight it will be partly cloudy with a chance of rain. Low of 46F. Winds from the South at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%. The readings from my own weather instruments are: The humidity is   91% with a Dew Point of 46ºF, Temp is 46.4ºF with a wind chil of 46.4ºF.
