Winter Weather Advisory statement as of 5:41 am EDT on March 21, 2016 Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EDT this evening. * hazard types... snow. * Accumulations... snow accumulation of 3 to 6 inches. * Timing... the heaviest snow is expected this morning into the  early afternoon hours. It will taper off and end by late  afternoon. * Impacts... roads will be snow covered and slippery. * Winds... north 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * Temperatures... around 30. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Special Statement as of 6:59 am EDT on March 17, 2016 Patchy areas of dense fog this morning. expect areas of dense fog this morning across much of southwest Maine and eastern and southeast New Hampshire. Fog may reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less in spots. Motorists should use caution when driving and be prepared for low visibility.
