Special Statement as of 4:41 am EST on December 20, 2017 Slippery roads will make the morning commute hazardous for drivers in New Hampshire and western Maine. Wet roads across the region are producing areas of black ice early this morning as temperatures hover around or slightly below freezing. Even in areas where air temperatures are above freezing.  recent cold weather has Road temperatures at or below freezing and ice has been forming overnight. Be prepared for changing Road conditions... especially in areas that get little sun at this time of year.
