Doppler weather radar continued to show a strong backdoor cold front moving westbound over easternmost portions of Oxford County, extending southward through Androscoggin and Cumberland counties late this morning. This front will continue to move to the west through Oxford, Cumberland and York counties through early this afternoon. Ahead of the front expect oppressive heat as temperatures soar quickly through the 90s.
